Учение Асафа. Внимай, народ мой, закону моему, приклоните ухо ваше к словам уст моих.
The teachings of Asaph. Listen, my people, to my law, tilt your ear to my mouth.
Открою уста мои в притче и произнесу гадания из древности.
I will open my mouth in the parable and say fortune telling from antiquity.
Что слышали мы и узнали, и отцы наши рассказали нам,
What we heard and found out, and our fathers told us,
не скроем от детей их, возвещая роду грядущему славу Господа, и силу Его, и чудеса Его, которые Он сотворил.
We will not hide from their children, announcing the generous glory of the Lord, and His power, and His miracles that He created.
Он постановил устав в Иакове и положил закон в Израиле, который заповедал отцам нашим возвещать детям их,
He ruled the charter in Jacob and laid the law in Israel, which commanded our fathers to proclaim them to their children,
чтобы знал грядущий род, дети, которые родятся, и чтобы они в свое время возвещали своим детям, -
To know the coming family, the children who are born, and that they once announce to their children -
возлагать надежду свою на Бога и не забывать дел Божиих, и хранить заповеди Его,
put your hope on God and do not forget the deeds of God, and keep His commandments,
и не быть подобными отцам их, роду упорному и мятежному, неустроенному сердцем и неверному Богу духом своим.
And not to be like their fathers, the family is a stubborn and rebellious, unsettled heart and the wrong God's spirit.
Сыны Ефремовы, вооруженные, стреляющие из луков, обратились назад в день брани:
The sons of the Efremovs, armed, shooting from bows, turned back on the day of scolding:
они не сохранили завета Божия и отреклись ходить в законе Его;
They did not save the covenant of God and renounced to walk in His law;
забыли дела Его и чудеса, которые Он явил им.
Forgot his affairs and the miracles that he showed them.
Он пред глазами отцов их сотворил чудеса в земле Египетской, на поле Цоан:
He created miracles in the Egyptian land before the eyes of their fathers, on the Tsoan field:
разделил море, и провел их чрез него, и поставил воды стеною;
divided the sea, and led them through it, and put the waters with a wall;
и днем вел их облаком, а во всю ночь светом огня;
And in the afternoon he led them with a cloud, and all night the light of fire;
рассек камень в пустыне и напоил их, как из великой бездны;
cut the stone in the desert and watered them, as from a great abyss;
из скалы извел потоки, и воды потекли, как реки.
Streams drew from the cliff, and water flowed like rivers.
Но они продолжали грешить пред Ним и раздражать Всевышнего в пустыне:
But they continued to sin before him and annoy the Almighty in the desert:
искушали Бога в сердце своем, требуя пищи по душе своей,
They tempted God in his heart, demanding food to their liking,
и говорили против Бога и сказали: может ли Бог приготовить трапезу в пустыне?
And they said against God and said: can God prepare a meal in the desert?
Вот, Он ударил в камень, и потекли воды, и полились ручьи. Может ли Он дать и хлеб, может ли приготовлять мясо народу Своему?
Here, he hit the stone, and water flowed, and streams poured. Can he give bread, can he prepare meat to his people?
Господь услышал и воспламенился гневом, и огонь возгорелся на Иакова, и гнев подвигнулся на Израиля
The Lord heard and was ignited by anger, and the fire burned at Jacob, and anger moved to Israel
за то, что не веровали в Бога и не уповали на спасение Его.
For the fact that they did not believe in God and did not hide on the salvation of Him.
Он повелел облакам свыше и отверз двери неба,
He commanded clouds from above and opened the door of the sky,
и одождил на них манну в пищу, и хлеб небесный дал им.
And manna defeated them in food, and heavenly bread gave them.
Хлеб ангельский ел человек; послал Он им пищу до сытости.
Angelic bread ate a man; He sent them food to satiety.
Он возбудил на небе восточный ветер и навел южный силою Своею
He aroused the east wind in the sky and brought the southern force with his
и, как пыль, одождил на них мясо и, как песок морской, птиц пернатых:
And, like dust, he defined meat on them and, like the sand of sea, birds of birds:
поверг их среди стана их, около жилищ их, -
He plunged them among the camp, near their dwellings, -
и они ели и пресытились; и желаемое ими дал им.
And they ate and fed; And they wanted to give them.
Но еще не прошла прихоть их, еще пища была в устах их,
But the whim of them has not yet passed, the food was still in their lips,
гнев Божий пришел на них, убил тучных их и юношей Израилевых низложил.
The anger of God came to them, killed their fat and young men of Israel.
При всем этом они продолжали грешить и не верили чудесам Его.
With all this, they continued to sin and did not believe his miracles.
И погубил дни их в суете и лета их в смятении.
And destroyed their days in the bustle and their summer in confusion.
Когда Он убивал их, они искали Его и обращались, и с раннего утра прибегали к Богу,
When he killed them, they searched for him and turned, and from the early morning they ran to God,
и вспоминали, что Бог их прибежище, и Бог Всевышний Избавитель их,
And they recalled that God is their refuge, and God is the Almighty of their deliverer,
и льстили Ему устами своими и языком своим лгали пред Ним;
And they flattered him with their lips with their and their language lied before him;
сердце же их было неправо пред Ним, и они не были верны завету Его.
Their heart was wrong before him, and they were not faithful to his covenant.
Но Он, Милостивый, прощал грех и не истреблял их, многократно отвращал гнев Свой и не возбуждал всей ярости Своей:
But he, gracious, forgave sin and did not exterminate them, repeatedly turned his anger and did not excite all his rage:
Он помнил, что они плоть, дыхание, которое уходит и не возвращается.
He remembered that they are flesh, breathing that leaves and does not return.
Сколько раз они раздражали Его в пустыне и прогневляли Его в стране необитаемой!
How many times they annoyed him in the desert and condemned him in the country of uninhabited!
и снова искушали Бога и оскорбляли Святаго Израилева,
And again they tempted God and insulted the holy Israel,
не помнили руки Его, дня, когда Он избавил их от угнетения,
He did not remember his hands, the day he saved them from oppression,
когда сотворил в Египте знамения Свои и чудеса Свои на поле Цоан;
when he created in Egypt his signs and his miracles on the Tsoan field;
и превратил реки их и потоки их в кровь, чтобы они не могли пить;
and turned their rivers and their streams into blood so that they could not drink;
послал на них насекомых, чтобы жалили их, и жаб, чтобы губили их;
He sent insects to them to sting them, and toads to destroy them;
земные произрастения их отдал гусенице и труд их саранче;
Their growths gave them to the caterpillar and their work to locust;
виноград их побил градом и сикоморы их льдом;
their grapes beat their hail and sicomora with their ice;
скот их предал граду и стада их молниям;
Their livestock betrayed their degree and herds of their zippers;
послал на них пламень гнева Своего, и негодование, и ярость и бедствие, посольство злых ангелов;
sent to them the flame of his anger, and indignation, and rage and disaster, the embassy of evil angels;
уравнял стезю гневу Своему, не охранял души их от смерти, и скот их предал моровой язве;
He equalized the path of his anger, did not guard their souls from death, and their cattle betrayed their pestilence;
поразил всякого первенца в Египте, начатки сил в шатрах Хамовых;
I struck any first -born in Egypt, the begun forces in the tents of the hamovs;
и повел народ Свой, как овец, и вел их, как стадо, пустынею;
And he led his people like sheep, and led them like a herd;
вел их безопасно, и они не страшились, а врагов их покрыло море;
He led them safely, and they did not fear, and their enemies covered the sea;
и привел их в область святую Свою, на гору сию, которую стяжала десница Его;
And he brought them to his saint, to this mountain, which was embedded in his right hand;
прогнал от лица их народы и землю их разделил в наследие им, и колена Израилевы поселил в шатрах их.
He drove their peoples on behalf and divided them into the legacy of them, and the knee of Israel settled in their tents.
Но они еще искушали и огорчали Бога Всевышнего, и уставов Его не сохраняли;
But they still tempted and upset the god of the Almighty, and he did not preserve his charters;
