Зачем одна стою на берегу?

Зачем пишу,пишу,пишу стихи я?
Why am I writing, writing, writing poems?
Быть может, без "него" я не могу...

Была волна высокая, до неба,
There was a high wave, to the sky,
На нас с тобой обрушив сотни тонн,
Having brought down hundreds of tons on you and me,
Меня щадила, ты же, словно не был,
I spared me, you, as if you were not,
И ею унесен за горизонт.
And it is carried away by the horizon.
Волна, прошу, верни! Он так мне нужен!
Wave, please return! I need him so!
"Нет, дорогая, это - мой улов!"

Мне берег стал чужим, он болью сужен...
