Государственный гимн является символом независимой государственности Нагорно-Карабахской Республики.
The state anthem is a symbol of independent statehood of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.


Государственный гимн НКР принят решением Верховного Совета республики 17 ноября 1992 года. Автором слов «Гимна Арцаху» является Вардан Акопян, автором мелодии - Армен Насибян.
The state anthem of the NKR was made by a decision of the Supreme Council of the Republic on November 17, 1992. The author of the words “anthem of Artsakh” is Vardan Akopyan, the author of the melody is Armen Nasibyan.
