Дай скопить воды нам в чане,

Батрака накинь лохмотья,
Label rabbits
Старый веник из мочалы.

С полу встали

Обе части,

Воду носят обе жерди!
Both poles wear water!


С ведрами снуют холопы,
Sloves scurry with buckets
Всё кругом водой покрыто!
Everything is covered with water around!
На защиту от потопа
To protect against the flood
Входит чародей маститый!
The venerable sorcerer enters!
"Вызвал я без знанья
"I called without knowledge
Духов к нам во двор
Spirits to our yard
И забыл чуранье,
And I forgot the churanier
Как им дать отпор!"
