Соавтором и аранжировщиком этой композиции продолжительностью в одну сторону пластинки является Рон Гисин, с которым Уотерс уже записывал песню к фильму «The Body» («Тело»). The co -author and arranger of this composition in one direction of the record is Ron Gisin, with whom Waters has already recorded the song for the film “The Body” (“Body”). Ron also mounted the initial notes of the group, asking him to make "something great." In the instrumentation, Gisin used a cello that sounds in the composition “The Body”, ten instruments of a copper brass group and a choir of twenty people. When managing such a large number of musicians in the studio became difficult for him (and classic performers are an incredibly complex audience in such circumstances), the conductor’s functions were transferred to Gisin John Oldiss. Gisin still believes that the published version is not much better than a demonstration record, and wanted to work more in the studio at one time. The group also wanted this, but the time and money did not allow them this luxury. During the debut of the composition in February 1970 in Paris, Roger Waters introduced the suite as “The Amazing Pudding” (“Amazing Puding”). She remained so until the BBC Paris Theater in September for the In Concert radio broadcast. When Pink Floyd was asked about the names of the compositions that they were going to execute in the program, the group began to quickly view the newspaper and as a result borrowed a heading of notes about a woman with a “atomic pacemaker”.
