Allegri - Miserere mei, Deus -эталон католической хоровой музыки с 1653 года, исполнялось только в Риме, в соборе св. Петра. Рукопись строго охранялась. Но в 1770 году юный Моцарт, посетив собор, просто запомнил это произведение на слух и воспроизвёл его.
Allegri - Miserere Mei, the DEUS element of Catholic choral music since 1653, was performed only in Rome, in the Cathedral of St. Petra. The manuscript was strictly guarded. But in 1770, the young Mozart, visiting the cathedral, simply remembered this work by ear and reproduced it.
