1 И снова я поднял глаза мои и увидел: вот муж, у которого в руке землемерная вервь.
1 And again I lifted up my eyes and saw: behold, a man with a surveying rope in his hand.
2 Я спросил: куда ты идешь? и он сказал мне: измерять Иерусалим, чтобы видеть, какая широта его и какая длина его.
2 I asked: where are you going? and he said to me: measure Jerusalem, to see what is its breadth and what is its length.
3 И вот Ангел, говоривший со мною, выходит, а другой Ангел идет навстречу ему,
3 And behold, the angel who spoke to me comes out, and another angel comes to meet him,
4 и сказал он этому: иди скорее, скажи этому юноше: Иерусалим заселит окрестности по причине множества людей и скота в нем.
4 And he said to this: Go quickly and tell this young man: Jerusalem will populate the surrounding area because of the multitude of people and livestock in it.
5 И Я буду для него, говорит Господь, огненною стеною вокруг него и прославлюсь посреди него.
5 And I will be to him, says the Lord, a wall of fire around him, and I will be glorified in the midst of him.
6 Эй, эй! бегите из северной страны, говорит Господь: ибо по четырем ветрам небесным Я рассеял вас, говорит Господь.
6 Hey, hey! flee from the north country, says the Lord: for I have scattered you to the four winds of heaven, says the Lord.
7 Спасайся, Сион, обитающий у дочери Вавилона.
7 Save yourself, O Zion, who dwells among the daughters of Babylon.
8 Ибо так говорит Господь Саваоф: для славы Он послал Меня к народам, грабившим вас, ибо касающийся вас касается зеницы ока Его.
8 For thus says the Lord of hosts: For glory He sent Me to the nations that plundered you, for whoever touches you touches the apple of His eye.
9 И вот, Я подниму руку Мою на них, и они сделаются добычею рабов своих, и тогда узнаете, что Господь Саваоф послал Меня.
9 And behold, I will lift up My hand against them, and they will become the prey of their servants, and then you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me.
10 Ликуй и веселись, дщерь Сиона! Ибо вот, Я приду и поселюсь посреди тебя, говорит Господь.
10 Rejoice and be glad, daughter of Zion! For, behold, I will come and dwell in your midst, says the Lord.
11 И прибегнут к Господу многие народы в тот день, и будут Моим народом; и Я поселюсь посреди тебя, и узнаешь, что Господь Саваоф послал Меня к тебе.
11 And many nations will flee to the Lord in that day, and they will be My people; and I will dwell in your midst, and you will know that the Lord of hosts has sent Me to you.
12 Тогда Господь возьмет во владение Иуду, Свой удел на святой земле, и снова изберет Иерусалим.
12 Then the Lord will take possession of Judah, His inheritance in the holy land, and will choose Jerusalem again.
13 Да молчит всякая плоть пред лицем Господа! Ибо Он поднимается от святаго жилища Своего.
13 Let all flesh be silent before the Lord! For He rises from His holy habitation.
