1 Псалом Давида, не надписанный у евреев.
1 Psalm of David, not inscribed among the Jews.
1 Блажен муж, иже не иде на совет нечестивых и на пути грешных не ста, и на седалищи губителей не седе,
1 Blessed is the man who does not walk in the counsel of the wicked, and does not stand in the ways of sinners, and does not sit in the seats of destroyers,
(Блажен муж, который не пошёл на совет нечестивых, и на путь грешных не стал, и на седалище губителей не сел,)
(Blessed is the man who did not follow the counsel of the wicked, and did not take the path of sinners, and did not sit on the seat of the destroyers,)


2 но в законе Господни воля eго, и в законе Его поучится день и нощь.
2 But his will is in the law of the Lord, and in his law he will learn day and night.
(но в законе Господнем – воля его, и в закон Его вникать он будет день и ночь.)
(But his will is in the law of the Lord, and he will delve into His law day and night.)


3 И будет яко древо насажденное при исходищих вод, еже плод свой даст во время свое, и лист eго не отпадет, и вся, елика аще творит, успеет.
3 And it will be like a tree planted by the rising waters, which will yield its fruit in its season, and its leaf will not fall away, and everything that it creates will prosper.
( И будет как дерево, посаженное при источниках вод, которое плод свой даст во время своё, и лист его не опадёт, и во всём, что бы ни делал, преуспеет.)
(And he will be like a tree planted by springs of water, which yields its fruit in its season, and its leaf does not fall, and it will prosper in everything that it does.)


4 Не тако нечестивии, не тако, но яко прах, eгоже возметает ветр от лица земли.
4 Not like wickedness, not like this, but like dust that the wind sweeps away from the face of the earth.
( Не так нечестивые, не так, но как прах, что сметает ветер с лица земли.)
(Not so wicked, not so, but like dust that the wind sweeps from the face of the earth.)


5 Сего ради не воскреснут нечестивии на суд, ниже грешницы в совет праведных.
5 For this reason the wicked will not rise again for judgment, nor the sinner for the council of the righteous.
( Потому не восстанут нечестивые на суде, как и грешники – в совете праведных,)
(Therefore the wicked will not rise in judgment, just as sinners will not rise in the council of the righteous.)


6 Яко весть Господь путь праведных, и путь нечестивых погибнет.
6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, and the way of the wicked will perish.
(ибо знает Господь путь праведных, а путь нечестивых погибнет.)
(For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked will perish.)
