Foreigner (Russian Foreigner)-an American rock band created in 1976 by Mikom Jones (previously Spooky Tooth, The Leslie West Band) and former participant in King Crimson Ian McDonald. Their first six albums (1977-1984) became multi-Platinum and generally sold in the United States better than the records of their competitors from the world of hard rock, more than 70 million copies of their albums were sold in the world.
