1 При наступлении дня Пятидесятницы все они были единодушно вместе.
1 When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all with one accord together.
2 И внезапно сделался шум с неба, как бы от несущегося сильного ветра, и наполнил весь дом, где они находились.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting.
3 И явились им разделяющиеся языки, как бы огненные, и почили по одному на каждом из них.
3 And cloven tongues as of fire appeared to them, and one rested on each of them.
4 И исполнились все Духа Святаго, и начали говорить на иных языках, как Дух давал им провещевать.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and began to speak in other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
5 В Иерусалиме же находились Иудеи, люди набожные, из всякого народа под небом.
5 Now in Jerusalem there were Jews, pious people, from every nation under heaven.
6 Когда сделался этот шум, собрался народ, и пришел в смятение, ибо каждый слышал их говорящих его наречием.
6 When this noise arose, the people gathered together and were in confusion, for everyone heard them speaking in his own language.
7 И все изумлялись и дивились, говоря между собою: сии говорящие не все ли Галилеяне?
7 And they were all amazed and amazed, saying to one another, “Are not these all Galileans who speak?”
8 Как же мы слышим каждый собственное наречие, в котором родились.
8 How can we each hear our own dialect in which we were born?
9 Парфяне, и Мидяне, и Еламиты, и жители Месопотамии, Иудеи и Каппадокии, Понта и Асии,
9 The Parthians, and the Medes, and the Elamites, and the inhabitants of Mesopotamia, Judea, and Cappadocia, Pontus, and Asia,
10 Фригии и Памфилии, Египта и частей Ливии, прилежащих к Киринее, и пришедшие из Рима, Иудеи и прозелиты,
10 Phrygia and Pamphylia, Egypt and the parts of Libya adjacent to Cyrene, and those who came from Rome, Jews and proselytes,
11 критяне и аравитяне, слышим их нашими языками говорящих о великих делах Божиих?
11 Cretans and Arabians, do we hear them speaking in our tongues about the great works of God?
12 И изумлялись все и, недоумевая, говорили друг другу: что это значит?
12 And they were all amazed and perplexed, saying to one another, “What does this mean?”
13 А иные, насмехаясь, говорили: они напились сладкого вина.
13 But others mocked and said, “They are drunk on sweet wine.”
14 Петр же, став с одиннадцатью, возвысил голос свой и возгласил им: мужи Иудейские, и все живущие в Иерусалиме! сие да будет вам известно, и внимайте словам моим:
14 And Peter, standing with the eleven, lifted up his voice and cried out to them: Men of Judah, and all who dwell in Jerusalem! Let this be known to you, and listen to my words:
15 они не пьяны, как вы думаете, ибо теперь третий час дня;
15 They are not drunk as you think, for it is now the third hour of the day;
16 но это есть предреченное пророком Иоилем:
16 But this is what was foretold by the prophet Joel:
17 И будет в последние дни, говорит Бог, излию от Духа Моего на всякую плоть, и будут пророчествовать сыны ваши и дочери ваши; и юноши ваши будут видеть видения, и старцы ваши сновидениями вразумляемы будут.
17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, that I will pour out my Spirit on all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy; and your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams.
18 И на рабов Моих и на рабынь Моих в те дни излию от Духа Моего, и будут пророчествовать.
18 And on My servants and on My handmaids in those days I will pour out My Spirit, and they will prophesy.
19 И покажу чудеса на небе вверху и знамения на земле внизу, кровь и огонь и курение дыма.
19 And I will show wonders in heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and smoking smoke.
20 Солнце превратится во тьму, и луна - в кровь, прежде нежели наступит день Господень, великий и славный.
20 The sun will be turned into darkness and the moon into blood, before the great and glorious day of the Lord comes.
21 И будет: всякий, кто призовет имя Господне, спасется.
21 And it shall come to pass that whoever calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.
22 Мужи Израильские! выслушайте слова сии: Иисуса Назорея, Мужа, засвидетельствованного вам от Бога силами и чудесами и знамениями, которые Бог сотворил через Него среди вас, как и сами знаете,
22 Men of Israel! Hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man testified to you by God with powers and wonders and signs, which God did among you through Him, as you yourselves know,
23 Сего, по определенному совету и предведению Божию преданного, вы взяли и, пригвоздив руками беззаконных, убили;
23 This, according to the definite advice and foreknowledge of God, you took him and, nailing him with the hands of the wicked, you killed him;
24 но Бог воскресил Его, расторгнув узы смерти, потому что ей невозможно было удержать Его.
24 But God raised Him up, breaking the bonds of death, because it was impossible for it to hold Him.
25 Ибо Давид говорит о Нем: видел я пред собою Господа всегда, ибо Он одесную меня, дабы я не поколебался.
25 For David saith of Him, I saw the Lord always before me, for He is at my right hand, that I should not be moved.
26 От того возрадовалось сердце мое и возвеселился язык мой; даже и плоть моя упокоится в уповании,
26 For this my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad; even my flesh will rest in hope,
27 ибо Ты не оставишь души моей в аде и не дашь святому Твоему увидеть тления.
27 For You will not leave my soul in hell, nor will You allow Your holy one to see corruption.
28 Ты дал мне познать путь жизни, Ты исполнишь меня радостью пред лицем Твоим.
28 You have made me know the way of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence.
29 Мужи братия! да будет позволено с дерзновением сказать вам о праотце Давиде, что он и умер и погребен, и гроб его у нас до сего дня.
29 Men, brothers! let it be allowed to boldly tell you about the forefather David, that he died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.
30 Будучи же пророком и зная, что Бог с клятвою обещал ему от плода чресл его воздвигнуть Христа во плоти и посадить на престоле его,
30 Being a prophet, and knowing that God had promised him with an oath, from the fruit of his loins, to raise up Christ in the flesh and to set him on his throne,
31 Он прежде сказал о воскресении Христа, что не оставлена душа Его в аде, и плоть Его не видела тления.
31 He first said about the resurrection of Christ that His soul was not left in hell, and His flesh did not see corruption.
32 Сего Иисуса Бог воскресил, чему все мы свидетели.
32 This Jesus God raised up, of which we are all witnesses.
33 Итак Он, быв вознесен десницею Божиею и приняв от Отца обетование Святаго Духа, излил то, что вы ныне видите и слышите.
33 So He, having been exalted by the right hand of God and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, poured out what you now see and hear.
34 Ибо Давид не восшел на небеса; но сам говорит: сказал Господь Господу моему: седи одесную Меня,
34 For David did not ascend into heaven; but he himself says: The Lord said to my Lord, Sit at my right hand,
35 доколе положу врагов Твоих в подножие ног Твоих.
35 Until I make Your enemies Your footstool.
36 Итак твердо знай, весь дом Израилев, что Бог соделал Господом и Христом Сего Иисуса, Которого вы распяли.
36 Know therefore, all the house of Israel, that God hath made this Jesus, whom ye crucified, both Lord and Christ.
37 Услышав это, они умилились сердцем и сказали Петру и прочим Апостолам: что нам делать, мужи братия?
37 When they heard this, they were touched in their hearts and said to Peter and the other apostles: What should we do, men and brethren?
38 Петр же сказал им: покайтесь, и да крестится каждый из вас во имя Иисуса Христа для прощения грехов; и получите дар Святаго Духа.
38 Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins; and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
39 Ибо вам принадлежит обетование и детям вашим и всем дальним, кого ни призовет Господь Бог наш.
39 For the promise is to you and to your children and to all who are far off, even as many as the Lord our God will call.
40 And with many other words he testified and exhorted, saying, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.”
40 И другими многими словами он свидетельствовал и увещевал, говоря: спасайтесь от рода сего развращенного.
41 So those who gladly accepted his word were baptized, and that day about three thousand souls were added.
41 Итак охотно принявшие слово его крестились, и присоединилось в тот день душ около трех тысяч.
42 And they continued continually in the teaching of the apostles, in fellowship, and in the breaking of bread and in prayer.
42 И они постоянно пребывали в учении Апостолов, в общении и преломлении хлеба и в молитвах.
43 Now there was fear on every soul; and many signs and wonders were performed through the Apostles in Jerusalem.
43 Был же страх на всякой душе; и много чудес и знамений совершилось через Апостолов в Иерусалиме.
44 But all the believers were together and had everything in common.
44 Все же верующие были вместе и имели все общее.
45 And they sold the estates and all kinds of property, and distributed them to everyone, according to each person’s need.
45 И продавали имения и всякую собственность, и разделяли всем, смотря по нужде каждого.
46 And every day they continued with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with joy and simplicity of heart,
46 И каждый день единодушно пребывали в храме и, преломляя по домам хлеб, принимали пищу в веселии и простоте сердца,
47 praising God and being favored by all the people. The Lord daily added those who were being saved to the Church.
47 хваля Бога и находясь в любви у всего народа. Господь же ежедневно прилагал спасаемых к Церкви.
