Во Имя милосердного милостивого Бога
In the name of the merciful gracious god


Скажи: «Открылось мне – однажды внимали гении, и вот
Say: “Opened to me - once listened to geniuses, and now
Они промолвили: «Корана мы чудо слышали. Ведет
They said: “We heard the Qur'an a miracle. Leads


К пути прямому он. И каждый из нас уверовал тогда,
He is straight to the path. And each of us believed then
Мы не поставим рядом с Богом другого бога никогда.
We will never put another god next to God.


Творец – в достоинстве всевечном да будет Бог превознесен! –
The Creator - in dignity of the Almighty, let God be exalted! -
Не избирал Себе подругу и не имел ребенка Он.
He did not choose a girlfriend and had no child.


Средь нас глупец изрек о Боге худое там, срамное тут.
In the middle of us, a fool spoke about the god there, shameful here.
Казалось: гении и люди на Бога ложь не возведут.
It seemed: geniuses and people would not be erected to God.


К мужам средь гениев людские бежали грешные мужи
Sin men fled to men among the geniuses of human geniuses
И в людях гении растили плоды безумия и лжи.
And in the people of genius, fruits of madness and lies raised.


Они то думали, как ныне, полны безверья своего,
They then thought, as now, they were full of nonsense,
И вы сочли, что Бог посланцем не направляет никого.
And you considered that God does not direct anyone by the messenger.


Коснулись неба мы – открылось: оно, божественным огнем
We touched the sky - opened: it, divine fire
Пылая, светится, и стражи необоримые при нем.
Parging, glowing, and the guards are unlined with him.


Мы сели рядом, чтобы слушать, но кто склоняет ухо, тот
We sat next to listen, but who tilts his ear is
Подстерегающий светильник, за ним следящий, тут найдет.
The lining of the lamp, following him, will find here.


Не знаем: зло земным созданьям хотели с неба низвести
We do not know: they wanted to reduce evil from the sky from the sky
Или желал им Бог прямого и неотступного пути?
Or did God wish them a direct and relentless path?


Средь нас и праведники были, и те, кто ниже их ценой,
Among us and the righteous were, and those who are lower than their price,
Мы были праведной страною, мы были грешною страной.
We were a righteous country, we were a sin country.


Мы полагали: Божьей мощи, пред ликом зоркого стыда,
We believed: God's power, before the face of vigilant shame,
Ни на земле, ни нашим бегством не обессилим никогда.
Neither on Earth nor our flight will never be exhausted.


И мы, узнав про справедливый, прямой и чистый Божий путь,
And we, having learned about the fair, straight and pure way of God,
Навек уверовали в Бога, с Его дороги не свернуть.
Forever believed in God, not to turn off his road.


А кто уверовал смиренно, в ком вера в Господа сильна,
And whoever believed humbly, in whom faith in the Lord is strong,
Того безумства не пугают, ему обида не страшна.
They do not scare that inhabitation, his resentment is not terrible.


Меж нами – преданные Богу, Царю небес, Царю земли,
Between us - devoted to God, the king of heaven, the king of earth,
И есть отступники меж нами, они от Бога отошли.
And there are apostates between us, they moved away from God.


Прямым путем пошли благие, в них вера в Господа жива.
The right way went in the straight way, in them faith in the Lord is alive.
А отступившие от веры – геенне огненной дрова».
And those who have retreated from faith are a fiery firewood. ”


Когда бы эти устояли перед лицом страстей своих,
When these were resisted in the face of their passions,
Обильной влагой напоили бы Мы тогда собранье их,
We would have drunk with abundant moisture


Мужам да будет испытанье, на них упавшее с высот!
Let the husbands be a trial falling from heights on them!
А кто про Господа не вспомнит, к тому страдание придет.
And whoever does not remember about the Lord will come to that suffering.


Места святого поклоненья принадлежат всегда Творцу.
The places of the holy worship always belong to the Creator.
Так никого не призывайте, не ставьте с Ним лицом к лицу!
So do not call anyone, do not face him to face!


Когда с молитвою поднялся служитель Бога своего,
When the minister of his God rose with prayer,
Как саранча, готовы были тела сомкнуть вокруг него.
Like a locust, the bodies were ready to close around him.


Скажи: «Склонившийся, взываю к Творцу и Богу моему
Say: “Bent down, I appeal to the Creator and My God
И никого не призываю я в сотоварищи Ему!»
And I do not urge anyone to his companions! "


Скажи: «Оставьте упованья, стеснен по власти жребий мой:
Say: “Leave trust, my lot is constrained by power:
Ключом от зла не обладаю, не подчинен мне путь прямой».
I do not possess the key from evil, the path is not subordinate to me. ”


Скажи: «Не будет мне защиты от гнева Господа миров,
Say: “There will be no protection from the anger of the Lord of the worlds,
Лишь у Творца найти сумею себе убежище и кров,
Only the Creator find asylum and shelter for myself,


Они даются возвещеньем речей божественных Его,
They are given by the command of the speeches of his divine ones,
Увещевающих посланий умам народа моего».
The exhorting messages of my people. ”


Кто Богу и Его посланцу не повинуется – тому
Who will not obey God and his messenger.
Навеки быть в огне геенны, в ее удушливом дыму,
Forever be in the fire of hell, in its suffocating smoke,


Чтобы увидел каждый грешник – что им обещано послом
To see every sinner - what is promised to the ambassador
От Нас, и чья поддержка хуже, и где мужи бедней числом.
From us, and whose support is worse, and where men are poorer.


Скажи: «Не знаю, близок Судный грядущий день иль он далек?
Say: “I don’t know, the Judgment Coming Day is close or is he far away?
Ему, обещанному Богом, для вас назначен тайный срок?
He, promised by God, has a secret term for you?


Господь узнать о сокровенном не позволяет никому.
The Lord does not allow anyone to learn about the secret.
Благоволит Он это знанье открыть посланцу Своему,
He favors this knowledge to open to his messenger,


Но перед ним и за спиною Он наблюдателей ведет:
But before him and behind him, he leads to observers:
О возвращении посланий они да шлют Ему отчет.
On the return of messages, they whore a report to him.


Господь объемлет все богатства, что Он послам внушил и дал.
The Lord embraces all the riches that he inspired and gave.
И все, что есть в его владеньях, Господь миров пересчитал».
And everything that is in his possessions, the Lord of the worlds counted. ”
